Anna Mable Alexander

January 28, 1928 - April 18, 2022

Anna Mable Alexander was born, January 28, 1928, in Sunnyside, Warren County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Charles Lewis and Verda Patterson Lewis. Mable was a member of Cowles Chapel Baptist Church where she was a past choir member and treasurer. Mable acquired her G.E.D. in pursuit of her Cosmetology license, which she received in the 90’s and later she attended Western Kentucky University. Mable was a former employee of JCPenney Beauty Salon, Tam’s Salon, and as a self-employed Cosmetologist. Mable enjoyed Community Festivals and Farmers Market where she could share her pies. The Foster Grandparent program, being a school crossing guard and PTA member, allowed her much joy being around kids and making sure they were taken care of. Mable also loved fishing, arts and crafts, gardening, cooking and animals. Along with her parents, Mable was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Alexander; brothers and sisters, Charles, Robert, Zackaria, James, Charles Edward, Mary Ida, Martha and Thelma. To cherish the loving memory of Anna Mable Alexander she leaves her children, Wrenn Alexander, Donald Alexander, Timothy (Kathy) Alexander, Patricia Ann Alexander, Theresa MaryJane (Charles) Cowherd, Linda Lou (Virgil) Livers, Cynthia Joyce (Larry) Parrish, and Madeline Eunice Curry; grandchildren, Alexander, Christopher, Sacha, Makesha, Heather, Kendra, Shaunta, great grandchildren, Alexys, Kameron, Taliyah, DeAndre, Alexander II, Kayvon, John III, DeSean, Kadynce, Sadie, Shanice; a host of nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Sincerely, -Your friends at Burnam and Son
