. Lucile June Gillis, age 92, of Bowling Green, KY, and a native of Galson, Mississippi, died Tuesday, September 6, 2011, at Hospice of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, KY. Lucile was a housewife and a Baptist, and she was married to the late John Gillis. She was preceded in death by her sister Mrs. Sybil Wolfe and brother Bowling Hailey. She was the daughter of the late Chester Hailey & the late Jenny Chancellor Hailey. Lucile is survived by her daughter; Ms. Cecil Gillis of Bowling Green, Kentucky and her son Mr. Charles (Susan) Gillis of Hanson, Kentucky. Brother: George Hailey, Louisville, Mississippi. Sister: Ms. Jerry Hailey, Florida. Three Grandchildren and One Great Grandchild..
