Joe W. Stanley

Joe William Stanley was born, January 3, 1955, in Franklin, Kentucky, a son of the late Joe L. Stanley, Jr., Charles William “Bill” Blewett and Fannie Jo Holland Stanley. Joe attended Franklin Simpson High School and was a member of First Baptist Rockfield. Joe was formerly employed by Stevenson Ham, PIC Trucking and Minit Mart. He enjoyed fishing in his spare time and his best friend Star was always by his side. On, Friday, March 4, 2022, Joe joined those passed before him, parents; grandparents; and siblings, Barbara Jean Gilbert and Billy Wayne Gilbert. Joe William Stanley is survived by his wife, Arnita Lightfoot Stanley; children, Tatanisha Johnson, Natyka (Kendale) Alexander, Portia Gray, Sonya (Otis) Key, and Joe Brasel; grandchildren, Trinity, Ashten, Carson, Antoine, Rickey, Justice, KJ, NaTajia, Brayden, Heavyn, Kolbe, Kiyah, Caydence, Devin and Shiveze; great grandchild, Armani; sister, Joy Lynn Hassell; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
