Arthur M. Irving

Arthur Mack Irving was born, March 2, 1944, in Passaic, New Jersey, a son of the late Josephine Irving and Isaac Thomas. Arthur served in the United States Army where he received the National Defense Service Medal Expert (Rifle). Arthur enjoyed fishing, going to the movies, watching Old Westerns on the Television, and his favorite basketball team was the Oklahoma Thunder. He was a retired truck driver for Oklahoma Freight. Arthur was a member of the Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, Oklahoma where he was ordained as a Deacon in 1996. Arthur was married to Pasty Butts on July 12, 1979, in Passaic, New Jersey. Arthur joined his wife and others as he crossed into his Heavenly Father's arms on, May 15, 2021, at the age of 77 years. To cherish the loving memory of Arthur Mack Irving, he leaves his daughter, Carolyn (Marlo, Sr.) Tempson and Marilyn (Napoleon) Carter; grandchildren, Marlo, Jr. Quatasia, Guyra, Shantavia, Akhara, and Gilbert, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Ziyon, Zaiden, Taeqen, Jeridonni; brother, Ike Irving; in-laws, Jackie (J. D.) Anderson, Mildred Butts, Betty Round and Winora (Nathaniel) Duffey; special niece, Senia Ann (George) Tinsley; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives, and friends.
